FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How is Sarazim Company different from other digital undertakers?

Sarazim Company is Korea’s largest digital undertaker (online content removal and reputation specialist). We don’t stop at removal — we also carry out security assessments and metadata analysis ourselves. A former Palo Alto Networks security expert (CISSP · CISM · CEH · OSCP) takes charge from the first assessment through to planning legal action, delivering a level of service beyond a typical digital undertaker.

How long does it take to remove a leaked video?

It depends on the platform’s policies and the case. After intake, our first assessment confirms how far the content has spread and gives you an estimated timeline. Our removal success rate is 98.2% by our own count.

I’m being blackmailed after a video call (sextortion). What should I do first?

Stop sending money or giving in to demands, keep all evidence — chats, account numbers and contacts — exactly as it is, and contact us right away. Blocking distribution and preventing further harm come first.

What legal grounds do you use for removal?

Our basis is a request to remove rights-infringing information under Article 44-2 of Korea’s Information and Communications Network Act. Depending on the case, we apply grounds such as copyright, defamation or privacy infringement, file requests directly with platforms in Korea and overseas, and pursue legal proceedings when needed.

Can you trace IP addresses?

We attempt to identify the distributor through access logs and digital forensic analysis — only within lawful data analysis and legal procedures.

Can you handle corporate reputation management?

Yes. We respond at the company level — removing malicious posts, comments and reviews, blocking exposure of articles, suspending impersonation accounts and monitoring 24/7.

Will what I share in a consultation stay private?

Every consultation is confidential from start to finish. Its content and progress are shared with no one except the person assigned to your case.

Is there a fee for consultations?

The first consultation is free and accepted 24/7 via KakaoTalk. You don’t need to know what type of case it is — just tell us what is happening.
